The measurement of DC resistance of windings is one of the routine tests for transformers, with the main purpose of checking whether the connections or mechanical characteristics between windings, windings and leads are good, whether the resistance between each phase winding is balanced, etc., to ensure the operation of transformers.

The series of transformer DC resistance testers developed and produced by our company use a 32-bit ARM core as the processing core to control the entire machine, automatically complete functions such as self calibration, stable current judgment, data processing, and resistance display, and can measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and transformers. precautions

1 Before use, the grounding terminal of the instrument must be well grounded.

2 If there is a sudden external power outage during the testing process, please do not immediately remove the test line. Wait until the instrument has discharged before removing it.

3 For the testing of on load tap changers, it can be completed with one power supply. The instrument program design allows the tap switch to be switched to the next tap after a certain tap is tested, and the instrument will enter the measurement of the next tap.

4 For no-load tap changers, after a certain tap test is completed, the system needs to be discharged by pressing the cancel or reset button. After the discharge is completed, the switch can be switched for the next measurement.

5 The internal battery of the instrument needs to be charged and discharged every three months... to extend battery life

6 When the test cannot function properly due to insufficient batteryImmediately turn off the power and start charging
